Refund Request: Accidental Switch from Free to Pay-As-You-Go

I was using the Azure Free Account for learning purposes but accidentally switched to Pay-As-You-Go, which caused a $29 charge for the Microsoft Azure Developer Support plan on the same day. I didn’t intend to upgrade or make any payments.

Please review my account and refund the $29 charged by mistake.

Thank you for your understanding and help.

    Hey there, Nguyen

If you have accidently upgraded your subscription, please reach out to the Azure Billing team through the Azure portal here: https://portal.azure.com

Once you have signed into your account, please click onto Help + support on the bottom of the left-hand side navigation menu.

This will allow you to complete a support request so you can contact the Billing team. Hopefully it will allow you to contact the billing team at Azure.

    Thanks,
    Nathan
