Hello! I have successfully got Windows 8.1, however after installing network driver, it works but for some reason my internet connection is not showing up. It works on my phone, on Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux and Mac and not on 8.1. Any reason for this? Driver works fine but other internet connections are shown, but not mine

Hey! Hope you are keeping well.

It sounds like your Wi-Fi network might be on a channel that Windows 8.1 isn't detecting properly. Try these steps:

    1. Log into your router settings and change the Wi-Fi channel to 1, 6, or 11.
    2. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is set to broadcast on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, as Windows 8.1 might have issues with certain bands.
    3. Update your network adapter driver to the latest version available from the manufacturer's website.

If the issue persists, you might want to consider using a USB Wi-Fi adapter that is known to work well with Windows 8.1.

    Good luck!
