Microsoft Access 2021 - Main Switchboard

I have an flat based Access Data Base developed many years ago and imported into Access 2021. It has a number of queries and reports linked to a Main Switchboard. I want to edit that Switchboard so that I can add new reports and delete others. I followed the procedure to edit the main switchboard and add a new report page, but when I saved, exited and restarted access, the change was not seen. Because this is such an early (2012) created database, is there some protection, password etc that is stopping the main switchboard from updating? I expected a ‘radio’ button or something that would take me from the Main Switchboard, to the new report Switchboard, then return me to the Main Switch Board when the report had run. It very much looks like some form of password is still there. I opened the DB File in exclusive mode and removed the protection password. Regards, <Removed PII>

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Could you please check if the Switchboard Items table is visible when you open the Access database? This table usually stores all the menu options for the Main Switchboard. If possible, please share a screenshot of the Navigation Pane showing the list of tables, and another screenshot of the Switchboard Items table (if it exists) opened in Datasheet View.

This will help us confirm whether the switchboard is linked correctly.

Can you show us screen shots of the switchboard? Even better would be screenshots of the switchboard dialogs.
