No Network Connection 2604 in Macbook

I can't sign in to my Microsoft account whenever I want to sign in through the app device, especially on MacBook. But, somehow, it confuses me that I can sign in through the website and other devices. Any suggestions? These are my attempts that I've done before:

  1. Uninstall and Re-Install
  2. Deleting Cache on Library
  3. Try Another Mobile Data and Wifi
  4. Deleting my Keychain Access to the Microsoft Account

    Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

    According to this issue, may I know if you are using any Antivirus program on your Macbook? Please check and disable it if possible.

    How about your date & time in your computer? Are they correctly synced?

    As you have mentioned that a lot of troubleshooting steps have been executed but no results - I would recommend backing up your data and then do a factory reset on your Macbook.
