How to fix error with ID Remove PII?

Hello! When i try to creat an excel file, the system returns the following error:

"Error to create new workbook

Please try again later. If this problem persists, you can try to create a new workbook from OneDrive. Correlation ID: REMOVE PII"

I also fail to create a new workbook from OneDrive. Please let me know how to overcome it?

Is your account a personal account (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail) or a work/school account (typically associated with a domain name like your company or school)?
Are you trying to create the Excel workbook from within a Teams tab or app, or directly from OneDrive/Office.com?
Does this issue happen on Teams desktop or Teams on the web?
Have you tried creating the workbook in a different browser or in Incognito/Private mode?
Can you provide more details about this issue if possible? Perhaps provide a screenshot (make sure to hide your personal information)

I use work account

Excel tab situated on the left panel

Web version of MS Teams

I tried all options, however i face the same error

If you're experiencing this issue on Teams via the web, here are a few steps you can try:

Clear your browser cache and sign in again to see if the issue persists.

Check your OneDrive or SharePoint storage:

Make sure you haven’t exceeded your storage limit. If you're over the limit, you won’t be able to create or upload new files.

In OneDrive, you can find your storage usage indicator at the bottom left corner.

Try checking if Teams on desktop also experience the same issue as well?

Check if the issue also occur when you try to create a new workbook by opening Excel via https://www.office.com > Excel app? Also, try creating a new file on Excel desktop app to see if the issue persists.

May I kindly ask if other users within your organization also experience the same issue like you too?
