I have been charged for over a year $6.30 from Microsoft on my discover card. I do not know what this account is linked to to cancel it. Discover card will not let me dispute the charges? They said I need to contact you? My most recent billing has this on the statement line:

MICROSOFT#G118742772 This charge needs to stop! It's not my account

I currently have a Microsoft account that I pay $10.73 on. ******@outlook.com please contact me at ******@gmail.com and let me know why my card is linked to some account I am unaware of.

Hey Amy, Hope you are keeping well.

To resolve this, you need to identify which Microsoft account is linked to the charge. Follow these steps:

    1. Visit https://account.microsoft.com and sign in with your known Microsoft accounts.
    2. Check the "Services & subscriptions" section for any subscriptions matching the $6.30 charge.
    3. If you can't find it, contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus to get help identifying and canceling the subscription.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,
    iDev
