Hello,i have a brand new Microsft Surface Pro 8 that I just unsealed, and it has a battery issue -- when it's charging, the statues shows "charging", but the battery stuck 0%, can you help me solved this, thank you

When booted to the desktop, hold down the power button until your Surface turns off and the logo appears, then release the button (about 10-20 seconds). This resets hardware.
