Hi I'm running the Samsung notebook on Windows 11. I have issues with the keyboard symbols I cannot get two symbols right when I use the shift key to get it. One is the @at symbol for email addresses. I was given the " sign instead and when it comes to " sign I was given the @ sign. And when I typed the hashtag symbol, the £ symbol was displayed and I did not even know where the hashtag has gone. Please advise me on how to fix it. Thanks a lot.

    Hi,

My name is Shaba, and I'm Microsoft user like.
I hope this message is find yo well.

Sometimes it looks like the keyboard is not working correctly, but actually nothing is wrong Most of the time, the issue happens because we accidentally press Windows Key + Spacebar or Left Alt + Shift at the same time.

This shortcut change the keyboard layout, so the keys start typing different characters. To fix this issue you can press "Window key + Spacebar", at the left bottom of screen is will show the keyboard layouts. You can choose by press the Spacebar key. Just press Windows Key + Spacebar.

At the bottom-left of the screen, you will see the available keyboard layouts. Keep pressing the Spacebar until the correct layout is selected.

If you don't want to have multiple keyboard layout then you have to delete the extra keyboard layout. To do so you can do by the settings app.

To open the settings app press Windows key + i,

Go to Time & language -> Click on Language & Region

"Preferred language -> click on "Add a Language"

Under preferred language add English (US).

    Removed extra layout.

Kindly revert back if you still facing the same issue.

    Thanks
