- Are you signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
- Which subscription did you purchase? If you are having a Business account and have Admin permission, you can check your subscription by signing in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Your products.
- Will you be presenting through Microsoft Teams or directly from PowerPoint for the web?
If you have Microsoft 365 with Teams included:
- Join or start a Teams meeting.
- Click Share > Under PowerPoint Live, select your file or browse OneDrive/computer.

If PowerPoint Live option is missing, please consider the following:
- Ensure your subscription supports Teams collaboration features. Plans like Business Basic may have limited functionality.
