Hi, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry you're having this problem with the printer. It appears that the Canon printer is not being detected by the system, causing these issues to occur.

-Run the Printer Troubleshooter and Diagnostics. This will check for installed printer errors and spooler service errors.

Fix printer connection and printing problems in Windows

    • If the printer is not listed. Uninstall the printer driver and related software. Then install the latest driver and software from the support website.

    Search "Printers and Scanners"

From the list select the Canon printer.

    then click Remove.

Then uninstall all the software related to the Canon printer in Settings/Apps/Installed Apps

Then go to the Canon support website to download and install the latest software and printer drivers.

-- Change the default printer in Settings

click the > Start Menu or press the Windows key >> select - Settings

    Now click on - Devices > select - Printers & Scanners > Scroll-down

to "Printer preferences" section and >> Togle the switch called

[Let Windows manage my default printer to off]

up Next. in the list of printers above, find your Canon printer. click it and then

click the [Set as default] button. if this fix works, please rated with -- Yes or No
