I’m reaching out to inform you of a service advisory currently affecting the Planner component within Microsoft Loop.
Some users may be unable to access Planner features embedded in Loop due to a recent system update that impacted how certain components connect. As a result, the Planner component in Loop is temporarily unavailable.
Below is the information currently available for your reference:
- This issue began around Sep 18, 2025.
- Microsoft has completed internal checks and is preparing to deploy a fix. Full restoration is expected by Friday, November 7, 2025, as the update rolls out across all environments.
- We’ll share further updates by Friday, October 24, 2025, or sooner if new information becomes available.

Note: You use your admin account to login this portal.
- Login into Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center
- At the Overview, Scroll down to Service status > Planner
- Click on the advisory to view the latest updates and estimated resolution timeline.
