    Hi Syed,

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're facing a GPU driver compatibility issue on your Surface Laptop 7, specifically with OpenGL 3.2 or later, which is affecting 2D and 3D rendering.

Can you confirm that this app is the Bluebeam Revu? And what version is installed?

Can you also confirm the specifications of your Surface Laptop 7?

For the best experience, especially when working with large sets of engineering documents, use the recommended hardware configuration.

See Bluebeam Revu 2019 System Requirements: https://support.bluebeam.com/legacy/resources/bluebeam-revu-2019-compatibility-system-requirements.html#:~:text=Minimum%20Requirements,Revu%20with%20typical%20office%20documents

Which says it doesn't support ARM processors.

    While,

    Bluebeam Revu 21 System Requirements:

    https://support.bluebeam.com/revu/resources/compatibility-system-requirements-21.html

Here is what you can try for the meantime:

    Check OpenGL Version Support

       - You can use a tool like OpenGL Extensions Viewer to check which version your GPU supports.

       - If your GPU doesn’t support OpenGL 3.2 or later, it may be a hardware limitation.

Update Graphics Drivers via the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit (Download here https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nf1mr6c60zf?hl=en-US&gl=US) and Windows Update

       - Visit the Surface Drivers and Firmware page and download the latest drivers for Surface Laptop 7

       - Alternatively, use Windows Update:

         - Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

You may also reach out to Revu's tech support team for help.

    Hope this works for you.

    Regards,

    Rez
