Hello @丁 貞紋_A918,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum!
I understand you're looking for help recovering a Teams meeting recording. Please note that this is a community forum, and moderators like me can only provide guidance based on research and experience.
If needed, I’ll try my best to help guide you to reach out to Microsoft for technical support directly. But before that, to better assist you, could you please provide more details:
1.Are you using a work/school account managed by your organization, or a personal Microsoft account (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com)?
2.Was the recording created by you, or by someone else in the meeting?
- If it was created by someone else, do you know if that person is still part of your organization?
- If you were the owner of the recording, do you know whether other participants can still see or access it?
Please note that in some organizations, automatic deletion policies are applied to recordings after a certain period.
Also, if the meeting organizer has left the organization or their account has been deactivated, the recording may no longer be accessible.
3.Is this issue happening with only this specific recording, or are all your Teams recordings missing or unavailable?
Especially, you can share with the screenshot. I will help you blur or hide any personal information if needed.
I hope you understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to identify the root cause and find a solution.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
