Microsoft Is refusing to give me back my account

My account was breached 2-3 years ago and i havent gotten it back even with everything to prove its mine, even down to the email i got in 2016 about buying Minecraft with a 1/1 code. last i heard it was given to "escalation" and that I wouldnt be getting my account back, it was my original account that linked to my main email so i have full admin access to everything revolving the account but microsoft refuses to give back my account/ minecraft and xbox account.
