Good morning,

I've 2 remote workers with Windows 10 laptops I'd like to get onto the Extended Security Updates as managed devices. I've been advised to use 'Volume Licensing' via my admin portal, but this isn't present as described and wonder if this is because we're only on 365 Business Premium as a small company with 5 report workers.

Can anyone direct how to acquire the licences and apply to my 2 remaining W10 machines, preferably remotely, via InTune for example.

Regards,

Rich

    Hello Richard Taylor,

For acquiring license, refer to: Extended Security Updates (ESU) program for Windows 10 | Microsoft Learn

For deploying the acquired license to devices, refer to: Enable Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) | Microsoft Learn

These articles explain in detail on how to acquire, how to apply the same for devices along with the required prerequisites.

    Hope this helps!
