Hello Community,

I have two DELL monitors connected via a Surface Dock 2 to a Surface Pro 11th Edition.

Everything worked perfectly initially, but it suddenly stopped. When I connect only one monitor through the dock, it works fine. However, connecting both monitors causes issues.

I have followed all suggested steps below, including disconnecting and reconnecting everything, updating all drivers, and more.

The system recognizes the monitors, but nothing appears on the screens.

Any advice?

    Hello,

The troubleshooting steps your link has is very thorough, but it does not mention clearing the display cache for the Surface Dock.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/troubleshoot-connecting-surface-to-an-external-display-bc8f5121-a4cb-cf0b-5770-2df7a66a3b28

Follow this guide from the official Microsoft support page, I'd like to point out the part which mentions the display cache since that wasn't mentioned in the comment you linked.

I also recommend trying the monitors on different devices and swapping out the cables to figure out if the issue is with the dock, the monitors or the cables.

Let me know how it goes,

    JC
