Hello Kalapala Nithin Bhargav, thanks for posting this in our community. I understand how frustrating it can be when OneDrive suddenly stops working especially when you're relying on it to access or sync important files.

To help resolve this issue, please make sure your device has a stable and active internet connection, as OneDrive requires consistent connectivity to authenticate and sync. You can also try restarting OneDrive by right clicking the icon in the system tray, selecting Help & Settings, then choosing Quit OneDrive. After that, open Task Manager using Ctrl + Shift + Esc to ensure no OneDrive processes are running, and relaunch OneDrive from the Start menu.

Another helpful step is to clear any cached credentials. You can do this by opening Credential Manager through Windows Search, going to Windows Credentials, and removing any entries related to OneDrive or Microsoft Office. Once done, restart your PC and try signing in again.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
