I have changed ISP and I cannot find how to reconnect to the internet

    What exactly happens when you try to connect?

    Also, please share a screenshot of your system information.

    (I couldn't find your laptop model with the information you provided.)

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
