How to block native email app configuration with Conditional Access?

Hi, everyone.

We want to block the native Apple Mail on iOS BYOD devices and I've noticed that the option "Require approved client app" has been deactivated within Conditional Access. We have a App protection policy in place, but that doesn't restrict the configuration of the MS 365 account in Apple iOS mail client. How can this be accomplished now?
