My laptop gets restarted for every few minutes if I use the laptop's hotspot.

This happens with a line showing " Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart". Beneath this line it also show codes like DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, KMODE_EXCEPTION_HANDLE_VIOLATION etc. I dont remember the codes exactly.

I have also contacted windows support about this, he even tried deleting some files like rtux64w10.sys, but the solution was only temporary ( for 1 day).

Anyone explain me what exact the problem is with, and also give me the solution.20250907_183817_1

All of the dmp file indicate that the USB network adapter Realtek is causing the crash. This can be a driver problem or the network hardware is causing the crash.

-Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer support website and restart the computer.

    -Disable USB selective suspend

    Search and open Control Panel

    Then open "power options"

    click Change plan settings

from there click on "Change advanced power settings"

    Then under "selected plan"

    Click "change plan settings"

And click "Change advanced power settings"

    Expand "USB settings"

then Disable "USB selective suspend settings" for both battery and Plugged in.

-Try to temporarily remove the USB network adapter and observe if the system stabilizes.
