How do I fix this virtual machine error: "___ failed to start. Failed to Power on with Error"

I have a virtual machine running on a computer that hosts our Server (Windows Server 2025), on which I have everything: AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.

The device that runs the virtual machine randomly shut down and booted back up without any of the domain services running. Then I went to start the "Server" virtual machine, and it gave me this error: "The application encountered an error while attempting to change the state of 'Server'. 'Server' failed to start. Synthetic SCSI Controller (Instance ID ____): Failed to Power on with Error 'The chain of virtual hard disks is inaccessible. There was an error opening a virtual hard disk further up the chain.'.

How do I fix this? I really need the virtual machine back!
