When I try to download apps or reinstall them, it says "Do you want to make changes to your device", but it only has the "no" button; there is no "yes" button. I have tried many solutions, such as trying to make my account administrator, which led back to the same problem." Do you want to make changes to your device, but only the 'no' option? ( on my ASUS Vivobook laptop, Windows 11. Nothing seems to work, I don't know what else to do, and I need it fixed. Please help.

You seem to have lost administrator control of your PC, did you make any change to your account before this problem occurred?

Is there any other user profile on the laptop that is a full administrator account?

Click your Start Button, then just type netplwiz and press Enter, does that utility open, or are you blocked by an administrator?

It is only my account, I think.

I tried the netplwiz and again it comes up with the same problem, "Do you want to make changes to your device" with only no option.

    Any other ideas?
