Windows Spotlights not working

Windows Spotlight on lock screen not working for a few days, have tried various method online, reset and restart the device, does not work.

    Go into the Settings App - Personalisation - LockScreen

    Set Background to picture and choose one

    Open Windows Explorer.

    Paste this into the address bar and press Enter

    %USERPROFILE%\appData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

    Delete everything in the resulting folder

    Paste this into the address bar and press Enter

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local \Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\Settings

    Delete everything in the resulting folder

    Then right click your Start Button, choose Powershell (admin)

    Run (copy and Paste) this command and hit Enter

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *ContentDeliveryManager* | foreach {Add-AppxPackage "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -register }

    Restart your PC

    Hi, if I can chime on this. Had that issue recently in Wins 10 - Was fixed with the

    Step -1 indicated by the IA : But after you select "Picture" click on the "Lock screen"

    on the left again > click the Down-arrow > select this time "Windows stoplight" and

    Restart the computer. That worked out for me. As shown on this screenshot below
