Hi Khin, I am Henry.
Based on your report that the issue began about a week ago, I investigated further and confirmed a widespread, known issue affecting printing and file sharing. It appears to have started after the recent Windows Security Update KB5065426, as reported in this thread. The symptoms you're experiencing closely match those described by many other users.
- Go to: Settings > Update & Security > View update history. Look for KB5065426 installed recently.
- Reconfigure Network & Sharing Settings
- Set your network profile to Private: Settings > Network & Internet > Ethernet/Wi-Fi > Private
- Enable sharing features: Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change advanced sharing settings
- Turn on network discovery
- Turn on file and printer sharing
- Try printing again. If it still fails, proceed to uninstall the update.
- Go to: Settings > Update & Security > View update history > Uninstall updates. Find KB5065426, uninstall it, and restart the server.
