Hi Sir/madam
Would like to check why i keep receiving pop up windows to remind Update Payment when I open my outlooks daily?
I had made payment for the subscription on 27/10/2025 Monday.
Fyi, i have added 2 email accounts in my outlook. Is it because we only can add 1 account for outlook for the subscription microsoft 365 Family?

Same issue. Already removed old payment methods as per the other thread. But every time I open a microsoft 365 app, that same image pops up.

I have the same issue, since I paid a couple of weeks ago. And getting the same message.

Getting same message every time i open outlook or excel, even though payment has been made week ago.
