Based on my knowledge It looks like this kind of error usually has to do with your account. It's probably not something you did, but more like OneDrive is having trouble showing your files from the cloud.
Please follow these steps.
First, try resetting the OneDrive app on your computer:
Close OneDrive all the way.
Press the Windows key + R, then type this in:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
Start OneDrive again and sign in.
For the web version, give these a shot.
Clear out your browser's cache and cookies.
Open an incognito or private window.
See if OneDrive works on a different browser or device.
May I also ask if you are using a personal Microsoft account or one from work or school for OneDrive? Also, have you changed anything about your account or devices recently?
