Could you please share the update for the below follow up questions to understand the issue deeper?
comculate.com and www.comculate.com?comculate.com directly without the redirect? If yes, what response do you get?
you should be able to hit it. comculate.com does not have a certificate. Which is strange.
When I try to make changes to endpoint RULES enforceHTTPS from http to https to point from comculate.com to [www.comculate.com], it says "All Changes to Azure Frondoor Configuration are blocked currently."

The temporary Service Management restrictions on Azure Front Door have been lifted on 5th November, and customers can now resume their configuration changes.
The Azure portal also reflects this update as a banner:

Which Azure service is hosting your web site/app? This is where you need to configure url redirect capability so that your apex domain redirects to your www domain.

@Michael Shields Recently there was major Azure Front Door outage and functionality is still limited. Your DNS for your apex (comculate.com) is hosted on netfirms.com, so I would recommend you see if you can set up a URL redirect for comculate.com to redirect to www.comculate.com as a temporary solution.
The above assumes netfirms.com supports url redirects.
@Michael Shields Any update? If you don't want to set up redirect at netfirms.com for some reason you can use free App Service and have it redirect to www.comculate.com that way. If you are unsure how to do the redirect I can help.
