I am experiencing persistent battery issues with my surface pro 11 flex keyboard. Despite having the backlight off, the keyboard just drains even when my SP11 is powered down. Charging is very slow too.
I only use my SP11 occasionally, yet the keyboard drops to around 15% after just 1 hr of use from a fully charged keyboard. This makes my suspect that my flex keyboard is faulty. Is there a channel through which i can request a replacement/exchange keyboard please?
In addition, it appears that the flex keyboard never get charged from the SP11 when the device is not plugged in, could Microsoft consider a firmware update to address this issue, so that the flex keyboard can get battery from the SP11.
