Cant pay for one drive

Hi. I cant pay for bigger storage plan 1T BEcouse of wrong region. HOW TO FIX IT?Need access to one drive storage. Tryed different ways nothing helps

    Hi. My address/region settings and payment method with currency are all fine. When I go to purchase more storage, I'm asked to enter an address, but there's no option to select a country other than the US. Even if I enter my US work address, it won't let me pay for the storage upgrade. I've already tried all the options 🤷‍♂️

    I understand that you are having issue with payment method. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.

    As your description, it seems like your Microsoft account region determines the currency and payment options. If the region is incorrect, you cannot purchase OneDrive storage. Therefore, please try these steps:

    Step 1: Check Current Region

    • Go to Microsoft Account Profile.
    • Under Country/Region, confirm what is set.

    Step 2: Change Region

    • If incorrect, click Edit profile info → Change Country/Region.
    • Important: Changing region may require updating your billing address and payment method to match the new region.

    Step 3: Update Payment & Subscription

    • After region update, go to Services & Subscriptions.
    • Select OneDrive plan → Upgrade.
    • Add a payment method that matches the new region.

    Notes:

    • If you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, region changes can affect renewal and services.
    • Sometimes, region cannot be changed if you have an active subscription. In that case, you need to cancel current subscription, wait for it to expire, then create a new subscription in the correct region.

    4. Contact Microsoft Support

    If it's still not work out, please contact Microsoft support team for the best assistance.

    1. Visit this site: Contact – Microsoft Support
    2. Type Contact in the search box.
    3. Now, click on Get Help and select Contact Support or enter below to contact support.
    4. Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft 365 & Office category.
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage my subscription.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the Chat with a support agent option in your web browser.
