Hello,
Devices built with ARM processors use Windows for ARM, which has a different driver architecture from standard Intel or AMD systems. Printer and scanner drivers are created and maintained by the original manufacturer, not Microsoft, so compatibility depends entirely on whether the device maker releases an ARM version driver. When Windows installs a generic driver, it only provides very basic functionality, often missing advanced options such as account codes or full scanning controls. Unfortunately, unless HP or Brother publish dedicated ARM drivers for your models, the generic driver is the only available solution at this time.
