New Address not showing on Azure or Bing maps

We have a new residential address which is registered with Royal Mail and on the PAF (Postcode Address File) and we need to add this as a place on your database and map.

 

It's a concern, as we are in a rural location and we receive medication from couriers who use your services, and they are not finding the address. 

 

The home is currently a permanent caravan which will soon be a new-built house. The address is registered with the local authority and Royal Mail and is on Google Maps.

 

I have attached a photo to show this is a real place. How can we get your Maps and database updated please?

 

The address I need to add is: Munro House, Arrochar, G83 7AJ

Location is: 56°12'31.5"N 4°44'29.6"W

    you can’t directly edit or add a new address to Bing Maps or Azure Maps yourself. However, here’s the proper way to get your new address (Munro House, Arrochar, G83 7AJ) added or corrected:

    1. Go to the Bing Maps Feedback form: https://www.bing.com/maps
    2. Search for the location (you can paste the coordinates 56.20875, -4.74155 or the what3words address ///examiner.swatting.traps).
    3. Click “Feedback” (bottom right corner of the map window).
    4. Choose “Report a missing place” or “Wrong address”. Then fill out:
      • Name: Munro House
      • Address: Arrochar, G83 7AJ, United Kingdom
      • Category: Residence / Home
      • Description: Explain that it’s a new, registered address listed in the Royal Mail PAF and verified by the local authority. Mention that it’s currently a permanent caravan with a new house being built.
    5. Attach your photo (optional, if the feedback form allows) to show that it’s a real location.
    6. Submit — updates typically take several weeks to appear, depending on Microsoft’s data partners.
