If facial recognition isn’t working on your lock screen, please try the following steps:

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > Facial Recognition (Windows Hello Face) and re-train your facial data under “Improve recognition.”
2. Ensure your device’s camera drivers are up to date—open Device Manager, expand Cameras, right-click your camera, and select Update driver.
3. Check for any pending Windows Updates, as these often include biometric performance fixes.
4. If the issue persists, you can temporarily remove and re-add facial recognition under the same Sign-in options menu.
