Hello NA Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A platform.

Azure Managed Grafana only lets you install plugins that appear under Azure Portal → your Managed Grafana → Plugin management.

If the 3CX app (tcx-3cx-app) isn’t listed there, it can’t be installed on Azure Managed Grafana. This is by design for security/compliance, arbitrary marketplace plugins are not supported.

    Azure Managed Grafana only supports:

    • Core plugins (bundled by Grafana Labs and approved by Microsoft).
    • Optional plugins shown under Azure Portal → Managed Grafana → Plugin management.
    • Enterprise plugins if you enable the Grafana Enterprise add-on.

Community or marketplace plugins like 3CX are not installable on Azure Managed Grafana for security and compliance reasons. If you need that plugin, you’ll have to:

    • Use Grafana Cloud or self-hosted Grafana, where marketplace installs are allowed.
    • Or connect 3CX data via supported data sources (e.g., SQL, JSON API) in Azure Managed Grafana.

    Thanks,

    Suchitra.
