I understand that you are having issue logging in to your Roblox account. Regarding the crash dump, if it is captured to your clipboard, you can go to https://www.roblox.com/support to contact Roblox support team directly.
If you are playing the game on your Windows computer. You can try out this solution to see if they can help you and save you some time.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps
- Find Roblox, click the three dots button next to it and select "Advanced Settings"
- Scroll down and select "Repair"
- Try to log in to the game again.
- If that doesn't work, select "Reset" and restart your PC.
