Since the last update on my Dell computer, the laptop crashed and Dell is saying it has to do with a windows update

I cannot access mny laptop anymore, all passwords, pin and face recognition is not working. The update has been done yesterday, it crashed the laptop. Dell is saying that it is a windows problem. How can I fix this immediately as I need the laptop to work for my business immediately.

Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing, are you now unable to get into your laptop, if so, when you start your laptop, what is the sequence your see, do you see the Dell logo, then do you see the spinning dots to indicate Windows is starting up, at what point does that fail and what error do you see on your screen.
