My computer recently was upgraded to Windows 11 and ever since, my Logitech Pro C920 Webcam has been unable to connect to MS TEAMS. How can I rectify this issue?

    Hi @KATTAK, Eugene

Thank you for posting your question to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide a few additional details:

    1. Are you using a business email (e.g., @companyname.com)? Or is it a personal email type (@hotmail, @gmail, @outlook.com).
    2. Does the behavior occur in other apps, or just Microsoft Teams?
    3. Have you tried using the camera on other devices? If so, does it work normally?

This will help us better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help us better understand and support you.

In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure that the camera is connected

Since you're using an external camera, ensure it is securely connected to the USB port. Check for any loose cords or cables and confirm all connections are properly plugged in.

    1. Allow your apps to access the camera

If you recently updated Windows 11, you might need to give apps permission to use the camera. In newer versions of Windows 11, some apps won't have default access to the camera.

    • Select Start  > Settings  > Privacy & security  > Camera .
    • Make sure Camera access is turned on.
    • Note: If camera access for the device is turned off and greyed out, you'll need an administrator on the device to turn on camera access for you.
    • Make sure Let apps access your camera is turned on.
    1. Test your camera in a different app

Use the Camera app in Windows to check if the issue is specific to a certain app.

    • Open Start > Camera and see if the preview works.

For more information, please visit Camera doesn't work in Windows - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll make sure this is handled as quickly as possible.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
