How to fix Xbox Game Bar captures

So I use my PC for gaming and I use Xbox Game Bar to clip 15 second videos from my games. Whenever I open my clips in my files where they save (movies & tv) they begin to glitch, like a malfunction, just repeating the same frame. Its very on and off, some clips do it and others don't. I'm not sure how to explain it and I cant put an example in because its more than 3 MB. I tried seeing if it was media player and switched it to always open in movies & tv and it still does it. I've tried to "repair" it in settings. The media player, the Xbox app, and the Xbox game bar but nothing seems to work. If anyone can help please let me know its eating me alive.
