Microsoft HTTP/2 Protocol Distributed Denial of Service (DoS) Vulnerability

We have received the subjected vulnerability report for our application FSM which is hosted on windows 2019 platform. Could you pl help us understand more about this vulerability.

How does it impact our application/OS if not mitigated

What would be the mitigation steps(Basic idea)

Post mitigation will there be any impact at the application side(will it require any code level changes, will it break any of the existing modules/functioanlities)
