Hi community! Windows Update kb5066791 on my SurfaceHub 2S (w10) is stopping at 20%, reboots are not helpfull. Onece I've got an automatic restore after reboot. Boot from prepared usb stick with W11 Teams Edition is not working... A nice device, if it is working, but troubleshooting is a nightmare. Can somebody give me a hint how to fix the problem?

Bootable USB must be FAT32, not NTFS.

Use the Surface Hub Recovery Tool to create a bootable USB with the correct Windows 10/11 Teams image.

Reset & recovery for Surface Hub 2S & Surface Hub 3

Surface Hub devices aren't supported in this forum due to the complexity. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/surface-hub-recover-reset - You need to contact Surface Support for Business and Education https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/contact-surface-business-education-support
