The "Windows for business" tag suggests this is a work computer. It is almost certain that your IT department holds the key. The key for a work device is not saved to your personal Microsoft account; it is saved in your company's Azure AD (Entra ID). Stop trying to reset the machine.
I assume the computer you are using is a work computer. Please contact your IT administrator before you do anything else. They can retrieve the key quickly.
