In C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log you find one folder per installation attempt. Each folder contains several log files. Of most interest are summary.txt and detail.txt. Feel free to attach them here. (But please do not include them in a post; they are far too long for that.)

If you have any queries, please feel free to share with us

If you are still facing any error:
Try to uninstall "Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server"
After that try to rerun SQL Express 2022.
