Hi, I have an extremely large file load_statistics.db (71GB) located here

C:\Users\Jag Gill\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\

EdgeFileLarge2

EdgeFileLarge

I have cleared all the cache and history from Edge, but that file is still large. I was wondering if anyone might be able to help how to reduce or whether it is ok to remove the file.

Thanks!! :3

I've no idea how it got that large, but it can safely be deleted.

    Hello !

That's definitely not normal : after checking, mine's 55 MB.
First, check that you have cleared all of Edge's cache items. By default, only those from the last hour are taken into account, so I would suggest restarting the process.

Secondly, do you have any extensions installed in your browser ? This issue may be caused by extensions. Try uninstalling those that you don't use.

    Keep me updated !
