    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for posting, I am here to help you. Unfortunately, there is no replacement for Surface batteries. If your battery would no longer work, the device needs to be repaired or replaced entirely.

    If you have a Surface you can use your Microsoft account to check its warranty and make warranty claims.

    If your Surface Pro device is not yet register you have to register it 1st.

    Click the link to open Microsoft account device.

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    log in your Microsoft Account then click + to register device.

    Enter your device's serial number to register it to your account. Once done click Info & Support. Click on Device coverage.

    Then to request service repair click your device then click next and then follow instruction for service request.

    If already registered follow steps below:

    On your Surface Pro open the Surface App or download this to this link: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/surface/9WZDNCRFJB8P

    Once Download and installation is completed open The Surface App and go to Warranty & Services. Then Click on Service request.

    Thank you So much, will do, its a SP 6 so it's a bit older! I can't believe there no real service for the systems but I guess I can buy up and transfer everything
