Hi Gayathri,
It is in Settings > Time and Language > Time.
Uncheck "Set time zone automatically" and it should be done.

I am not getting options anywhere to change my time Zone presently it is showing (UTC-8:00) Pacific time (US & Canada) i want to change it to (UTC-5:30) Chennai. Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi
