Surface HUB 2S Serial No. is correct still showing

Dear All,

Surface HUB 2S Serial No. is correct still showing "The selected product and serial number combination are invalid. Please select the correct product name and validate your serial number is entered correctly."

I Have use my serial no. before to download a recovery image from Microsoft website, but at this time, i return to download it again, and it returns invalid Serial Number !

I don't know what is happening, i just enter the same serial number, as engraved on the back of my surface book.

Please help me to know the problem.
