I cannot create technical support ticket about specific Resource

Good day.

For some reason I cannot create Ticket for Support at Azure.

I have a Developer-level subscription, which states that I should be able to create tickets, with lowest priority:
User's image

I have role "Support Request Contributor", which should allow me to create a ticket.

And I have appropriate roles to access the Resource too (these roles are assigned at the Subscription level):
User's image

But, despite all that, whenever I try to create a ticket - I get "Read the internets", without the ability to create the actual ticket:
User's image

Any suggestions why?
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

In order to create Technical support request in portal, you need to have a minimum of Standard level support. With Developer level support you need to post your question here on Q & A, and only if necessary an External Staff person will open a technical support ticket on your behalf.

What issue are you having (besides creating support request)? Are you trying to deploy MySQL Flexible server and it is failing? If yes it is likely due to capacity limitation and you need to create quota request. I can give you instructions on how to create quota request (they are free).

    Hello Seva,

It seems like from your image that you only have Support Request Contributor role on the resource and to create the support request you need to be assigned at the subscription level or higher.

"To manage a support request, you must have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role at the subscription level." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-manage-azure-support-request

If this resolves your question, please accept the answer.

    Luis
