Google calendar sync in Teams has suddenly stopped working

We use Google Workspace in addition to Office 365. To sync calendars we have used Microsoft 365 Mail Migration and Calendar Sync, but a week ago it stopped working. We have tryed to reinstall and revoked and granted required privliges again. However the process of setting up the sync in Teams stops with an "unexpected error".

    To assist you further, we kindly ask you to confirm the following: 

    1. Does the issue occur on both the Teams desktop client and the web version? 
    2. If you try with another administrator account, do they encounter the same issue? 
    3. Have you attempted reinstalling the Teams application and clearing its cache?
    • For the desktop app, please follow: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn 
    • For the web version, please clear your browser cache or use a Guest profile and try again to confirm if the issue persists:   Clear cache: Menu (⋮) → SettingsPrivacy and security (Chrome) / Privacy, search, and services (Edge) → Clear browsing data → select Cached images and filesClear data
    1. Could you test using a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot)? 
    2. Please check if any third-party applications such as VPN or antivirus are running in the background. If so, temporarily disable them and attempt to sync your calendar again.
