Blue Screen and not able to use the device

The following device: <PII Removed>blue_screen_

is giving us the Blue screen. This was a replacement for the faulty device. This is new.
Please advise.

    Can you share the make and model and the specifications?

    Try the official downloadable recovery image for your Surface Pro 9. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image If reimaging with this does not resolve the problem, you will need to exchange (again).
