1.Are you using Microsoft Teams for Education (for schools) Or Teams Business/Enterprise (standard business)?
2.What role did the disabled account (the chat creator) have? (Teacher, student, or internal staff?)
3.Were the external users who got kicked out students from another school or just external business partners/collaborators?
4.Among the remaining internal users in the chat, is anyone labeled as “Supervisor” or “Teacher”?
