Account that I am trying to recover. Last able to access was on 29/10/2025

Microsoft Email: is*********@gmail.com

Hi, I have issues accessing my microsoft account. I tried to login with the password that I set, it replied 'We couldn't find a Microsoft account. Try entering your details again, or create an account.'. I also tried creating a new account with the same email but it said that it exists. I tried 'recover your username', it said 'We found these accounts. More than one Microsoft account uses the info you entered. Sign in with the one you want to use.': ni***@gmail.com and i9*****@outlook.com.** I do not recognise any of these accounts and have no access to these account.

I tried microsoft 'can't access your account' feature, it said the account does not exist. The image shown shows my username and profile pic when i last had access to prove that this account belongs to me.20251106_202220
